Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time)


Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya (on-site, client visits)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Salary Range: RM2,700 – RM8,000++ (negotiable, based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage SMEs, schools, and corporate clients for copier rental & solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis, present proposals/quotations, and close deals
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales follow-ups with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline/activities reporting and hit monthly targets
  • Represent Copier2u professionally at meetings, demos, and industry events

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Positive attitude, strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with field work
  • Own transport & valid driving licence
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word/Excel, WhatsApp, Google Maps)
  • Languages: English/Malay (Chinese is a plus but not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: RM2,700 – RM8,000++ (negotiable)
  • Incentives: Commission & performance bonuses

Internship Opportunities (Account, Admin & Marketing)


Programme Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on university requirements)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya (on-site)
Allowance: Provided (based on programme & placement)


Available Tracks

  • Account (Intern) – basic bookkeeping, document matching, data entry, e-filing, vendor/customer reconciliation, exposure to SST/e-invoicing workflows
  • Admin (Intern) – office operations support, document control, scheduling, filing, inventory coordination, basic reporting
  • Marketing (Intern) – social media content, basic design/Canva, campaign coordination, website updates (WordPress), simple analytics reporting
