Technical Service Engineer (Photocopier & Printer Specialist)
Responsible for on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Canon, Fujifilm, and Konica Minolta multifunction copiers across corporate offices in Klang Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventive servicing, emergency breakdown diagnosis, and repair for Canon, Fujifilm, and Konica Minolta enterprise multifunction copiers.
- Install, configure, and network printer drivers, Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-Folder (SMB/FTP), and cloud print authentication across Windows and Mac environments.
- Inspect optical units, paper feed assemblies, and replace high-yield consumables (drum cartridges, fuser rollers, developer units, toner).
- Uphold Copier2U's Fast Response Time on-site maintenance SLA to minimize client office downtime.
- Provide friendly, professional user operational guidance and copier maintenance tips to client office administrators.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent vocational credentials.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or B2) with own transport.
- Hands-on mechanical/technical diagnostic mindset; prior experience in office automation (OA), photocopier, or laser printer servicing is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with positive attitude, high mechanical curiosity, and willingness to learn are welcome (comprehensive manufacturer training provided).
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
